How the Exchange Program Works
Step 1: Contact Us
Send us the model number of your device and a quick description of what’s wrong. We’ll confirm whether it’s eligible and whether an exchange unit is available.

Step 2: FedEx Priority Overnight Shipment
Once your exchange is approved, we ship a functionally tested replacement via FedEx Priority Overnight whenever possible.
Every replacement unit is inspected and functionally tested before it goes out.
Step 3: Put Your Replacement Into Service
When it arrives, drop the replacement into service at your facility.
Step 4: Return Your Core Unit
A prepaid FedEx return label comes with every exchange shipment. Box up your original device and send it back with the label.
Once we receive your core unit, the exchange is complete and ownership of the returned device transfers to Simon Medical.
