Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship medical equipment worldwide, to hospitals, surgery centers, physicians, distributors, biomedical service providers, and healthcare organizations.

Plenty of International Experience

International customers are a big part of what we do. About 40% of our sales go to buyers outside the U.S., and we regularly ship to customers across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and beyond.

Our team has handled a lot of international shipments and knows how to get equipment to you quickly and without fuss.

International Shipping

International parcel shipments go via FedEx International Priority for fast, reliable delivery with tracking.

You’ll get tracking information once your order ships so you can follow it and see the estimated arrival.

Getting Your Order Ready

Before anything ships, it goes through our inspection and testing, a final check, and secure packaging so it arrives safe and as expected.

The goal is equipment that’s been inspected, functionally evaluated, and packed properly for the trip.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments outside the United States, you’re responsible for:

  • Customs clearance
  • Import duties
  • Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any other taxes, fees, or import charges your country assesses

We’re not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities.

Import Requirements

It’s up to you to make sure the equipment can be legally imported into your country and to obtain any permits, licenses, registrations, approvals, or documentation your local authorities require.

Freight Shipments

Large systems, oversized equipment, and palletized orders may need to go by freight.

Domestic freight shipments typically take:

  • Up to 5 business days for custom crating and prep
  • About 5 business days in transit via FedEx Freight

International freight involves extra handling, customs processing, and international transportation.

International freight shipments may take:

  • Up to 5 business days for custom crating and prep
  • Up to 45 days for final delivery, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, port processing, and local transportation

These are estimates. Actual transit times depend on shipment size, destination, customs, weather, and carrier schedules.

Secure Packaging

We pack everything carefully to protect sensitive devices and accessories in transit, taking extra care with consoles, handpieces, cameras, drills, generators, navigation systems, ultrasound systems, and other fragile equipment.

Our Commitment

Since 2013, we’ve supplied quality equipment to providers around the world. Whether it’s going across the U.S. or overseas, we aim for fast, secure, reliable delivery backed by responsive service.
